Sunrise Laundry
You can delete your Sunrise Laundry account, and the personal data linked to it, at any time.
How to delete your account
- In our app or on this website: sign in, open Profile and tap Delete account.
- Or contact us using the details below and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm once it's done.
What is deleted
- Your login, name, phone number and email.
- Your saved addresses, cart and saved pickups.
What is kept
Records of past orders and invoices are kept for our accounts and tax records, but they are no longer linked to your name or addresses.
Before you delete
Orders that are still in progress, or delivered but not yet paid, need to be completed or settled first.
