These terms apply when you book laundry services from Sunrise Laundry ("we") on this website or in our app.
Bookings and pickups
- Choose a pickup slot when you book. Please make sure someone is available at the address during that slot.
- If you need to change or cancel a booking, contact us before the pickup.
Prices and payment
- Prices are as shown for your store. Your final bill is prepared after we count and check your items.
- Payment is due as shown on your bill.
Care of your clothes
- We follow the care labels and take care with every item. Please tell us about stains, damage or special instructions when you hand them over.
- If something is wrong with your order, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
Your account
Keep your login details private. You can delete your account at any time — see Account Deletion.
Changes
If we change these terms, the updated version will be on this page.
